Vaccines

Eligible after a waiting period

  • Oral polio, oral typhoid, yellow fever, measles (rubeola), mumps, or hepatitis B: 2 weeks
  • Chicken pox (varicella), German measles (Rubella), measles, mumps & rubella (MMR), Ixchiq: 4 weeks
  • Smallpox: 8 weeks or until scab falls off
  • Monkeypox: 3 weeks from the last dose of the vaccine if given post-exposure
  • Unlicensed/Research vaccines: 12 months

No waiting period

  • COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States
  • Seasonal influenza (flu) vaccines
  • Shingles vaccines
