Ebola Risk
Any travel or residence in an Ebola-risk area in the past eight weeks will require an eight-week deferral period from the date of departure from the risk area. Those who have Ebola or have had Ebola previously are deferred indefinitely.

Malaria Risk
Any travel to a malaria risk area in the last three months will require a new 3-month deferral from the last malaria risk travel date.
