How the Points Work
After your first donation, you can login to the Dedicated Donor Rewards store. From there, you can see how many points you have, browse items and use your points to redeem for rewards. We add new items throughout the year, so be sure to log in often!
Each time you donate with Carter BloodCare, you earn points! The more often you donate, the more points you’ll earn. PLUS, you get 50 bonus points for making an appointment and keeping it.
Your number of donations restarts at the beginning of each year.

What is Dedicated Donor Rewards?
Dedicated Donor Rewards is our way to show appreciation for your impact in the community. Donors earn points with each donation and can redeem for rewards.
How do I sign up for the program?
You are automatically in the program after your first donation! You do not need to register. Just log in to your account 48 to 72 hours after your donation to see your points and available rewards.
How do I create an account if I don’t have my donor ID or unit number?
If you need assistance logging in or creating an account, please call 817-412-5300 or 800-366-2834, ext 5300.
After I donate, when will my points appear?
It may take 48-72 hours for points to show up online. If you do not see your points listed five days after your donation, please call us at 1-877-869-4141.
Do my points expire?
All points earned in a calendar year will expire at the end of February the following year. For example, all points earned from January 1 – December 31 will expire the following February 28.
Will I earn points if my donation attempt is unsuccessful?
Yes, you will receive points if an attempt to collect blood was made, including points for keeping your appointment.
Can I donate my points back?
Yes! Donating your points back to Carter BloodCare is a great way to help further our mission.
Can I track my past donations?
You can track your donation history by logging in to your account and clicking My Donations.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points cannot be transferred or combined with a family member, friend, or another blood donor.
How will I receive my e-gift card(s)?
Once an order has been submitted you will receive your e-gift card within 72 hours. Your e-gift card will be sent to the primary email listed on your donor profile.
How can I contact customer service if I have an issue with an order?
You can contact the order fulfillment customer service team at 877-869-4141 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Voicemail is available at all times and a customer service specialist will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Please note that physical store items may take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. E-gift cards will be sent within 24 hours of the order to the email listed on your donor account.
How do I update the primary email listed on my donor profile?
You can call 817-412-5830 or you can log in to your account, click “My Account” > “Edit” > “Change Communication Preferences.”
