Schedule appointments, check your wellness results and order items from the Dedicated Donor Rewards store all from the Carter BloodCare App. Please download the latest version of our application, released August 2024. If no new version is available your phone may have automatically updated to the new version in August 2024.

“Why isn’t my Carter BloodCare app working?”
In January 2023, a new Carter BloodCare app was launched. This is different from the old Carter BloodCare app, which is no longer supported. Search “Carter BloodCare Mobile App” in your app store to download the new app.
Please delete any old versions of the Carter BloodCare app; it is no longer supported.
“What happened to the QuickScreen app?”
The QuickScreen app has been discontinued as of April 2023. The only way to access QuickScreen is on the web. You can find the link to QuickScreen on our website or in the new Carter BloodCare app.
Please make sure you have the newest version of the Carter BloodCare app, released in January 2023. Please delete any old versions of the QuickScreen app and Carter BloodCare app.
