
Carter BloodCare updates hours at 4 donor centers
Changes take effect Dec. 1 to serve Texas blood donors
Carter BloodCare is updating its hours of operation at four of its neighborhood donor centers, starting Dec. 1, 2025.

Fort Worth
Carter BloodCare’s Rosedale Donor Center in Fort Worth will open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Saturday, effective Dec. 6. Previously, the facility was closed on Saturdays.
Beginning Dec. 1, open hours at the Rosedale Donor Center, located at 1263 W. Rosedale St., Suite 100, in Fort Worth’s Medical District, are:
- Mondays: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Thursdays: Closed
- Fridays: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sundays: Closed

Allen
Located at 1328 West McDermott Dr., Suite 250, Carter BloodCare’s Allen Donor Center will open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. each Wednesday, effective Dec. 3. Previously, the facility was open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesdays.
Beginning Dec. 1, open hours at the Allen Donor Center are:
- Mondays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Thursdays: Closed
- Fridays: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sundays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Longview
The Longview Donor Center will open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. each Saturday, effective Dec. 6. Previously, the facility was open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturdays.
Carter BloodCare’s Longview Donor Center is located at 3080 N. Eastman, Suite 112. Beginning Dec. 1, open hours at the Longview Donor Center are:
- Mondays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Thursdays: Closed
- Fridays: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sundays: Closed

Tyler
In Tyler, Carter BloodCare’s center at 815 Baxter Avenue will open an hour earlier each Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Beginning Dec. 1, open hours at the Tyler Donor Center are:
- Mondays: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Wednesdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Thursdays: Closed
- Fridays: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Saturdays: 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Sundays: Closed
Carter BloodCare’s donor centers collect whole blood, double red cell, platelet and plasma donations to support local patients in urgent need of transfusions. The Texas-based nonprofit organization operates 26 donor centers, in addition to daily mobile blood drives.
