Uber Eats for February Blood Donors

By Carter BloodCare | 7 comments | Blood Drive, Donor Center, Donor Perks, General | 29 January, 2021

Maximizing your time

Longtime blood donors know that one blood donation can save up to three lives. It makes blood donation an efficient use of one’s available volunteer time. One hour equals up to three lives affected; those are good returns on your time investment. This February we want to offer you another opportunity to extend your goodwill.

The pandemic continues to negatively affect the blood supply with declining donor participation and reduced opportunities to host community blood drives. The $20 Uber Eats gift card* is a gesture of gratitude for donors and the incredible gift they provide to the patients in our community. It’s also an opportunity for donors to help support local restaurants that have been impacted by the pandemic. Maximize your time giving back and maximize your free time by having a meal delivered to you.

Plus, donors who participate in the Great Partners Rewards program may redeem 50 points in the online donor store for an entry(s) into a random drawing to win Uber Eats for a year. (See rules for details). To enter this drawing using Great Partner Rewards points, donors can log in to their MyPage account.

Make your appointment online for one of our 25 donor centers or any of our community blood drives. Or call/text 800-366-2834.

Para información en español llama: 844-372-5827.

*Uber Eats gift card can be redeemed for any Uber service offering. Restrictions apply; available while supplies last.
February 2021, Uber Eats

If you could send a unit to Ennis every 8 weeks or so, I believe you could get donors. I do not drive to Dallas & it’s hard to find a ride. Just a thought, I used to give every 8 weeks when you sent a mobile unit to Ennis. Also need to let people know you are coming.

Thanks for the feedback! I’ll make sure to tell the right team.

You can also organize your own drive! http://www.carterbloodcare.org/you-can-help/organize-a-drive/

I don’t donate for any type of reward. I want you to develop a pgm. to identify people in zip codes that have donated in the past and message them when a bloodmobile is in their area. 2145627171
