Rock ‘n’ roll up your sleeves for 49th Annual Lone Star 92.5 Blood Drive
2025 DFW-area event with Carter BloodCare tunes in to help North Texas patients
It’s time to crank up the blood supply with Lone Star 92.5 and Carter BloodCare.
For the 49th year, Dallas-Fort Worth’s classic rock powerhouse is teaming with the Texas-based nonprofit blood center to help local patients. The 2025 Lone Star 92.5 Summer Blood Drive takes place June 9 – 14.
Each donor will receive a limited-edition Lone Star 92.5 T-shirt, plus a beach towel from Carter BloodCare. Also, because of the urgent need, type O negative donors will each score points for a $50 e-gift card.
Times and locations are:
- 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday, June 9: Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen
- 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 10: PINSTACK in Westlake
- Noon – 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 10: PINSTACK in Las Colinas
- 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 11: Strike + Reel in Garland
- 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. Thursday, June 12: Total Point Healthcare in Dallas
- 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. Friday, June 13: Billy Bob’s Texas in the Fort Worth Stockyards
- 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday, June 14: Nebraska Furniture Mart at Grandscape in The Colony
Eligible donors can begin giving blood at age 16 with parental consent; those 17 and older can donate independently. There is no upper age limit.
