Type O positive donors who donate whole blood or double red cell units with Carter BloodCare from Nov. 17 through Dec. 24, 2025 will each receive a $25 e-gift card.
In addition, everyone who presents to give with Carter BloodCare will receive a new blanket, while supplies last.
Donors also earn points each time they give blood with Carter BloodCare. Accumulated points can be redeemed for gift cards, T-shirts and more through Carter BloodCare’s online Dedicated Donor Rewards Store.
Eligible donors are healthy adults at least 17 years old – 16 with parental consent – who weigh at least 110 pounds and feel well on the day of donation.
Blood is needed every day to treat people injured in car accidents, children fighting cancer, organ transplant recipients, mothers having difficult childbirths, adults with age-related health issues and many others.
