Subhash Parameswaran

Subhash Parameswaran

Subhash Parameswaran joined Carter BloodCare as CIO in 2025 after serving as Senior Director of IT Applications for Creative Testing Solutions, a nonprofit blood and plasma donor testing laboratory. This is Parameswaran’s second stint with Carter Bloodcare; he previously served as a Senior Project Manager from 1996 to 2002.

Parameswaran earned his Bachelor of Technology from the University of Calicut, where he specialized in computer science, and earned a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Prior to serving as Head of Technology at Creative Testing Services, Parameswaran held multiple roles, including Head of Information Services, at UST, a technology consulting firm, from 2008 to 2018. In addition to prior roles with Creative Testing Services and Carter BloodCare, Parameswaran also served as a Software Development Manager at WellSky Inc.

Parameswaran brings more than 35 years of experience in technology leadership and information services, with expertise in medical device software management, research and project management, among others.
