Our community’s vibrant symphony depends on every generous note, your blood donation helps us play on. But here’s the hook, when you roll up your sleeve, you’re not just donating blood; you’re joining a movement that keeps the idea of saving lives a vital note in our community.
Discover how your single act of kindness can keep the music playing.

With each donation, we contribute to making our community one that is good for all of us.
Every day, someone in our community relies on donated blood. It could be a neighbor working to regain their normal routine, a friend eager to return to what they love, or a new parent looking ahead to their family’s future. Blood donations are vital not just in times of crisis, but also for medical needs like surgeries, cancer, and ongoing treatments.
If you’re feeling well, at least 16 years old, and weigh 110 pounds or more, chances are you can donate; even if it’s your first time. You can also donate blood if you have tattoos, are diabetic, have sickle cell trait, and more.

First time donating? It’s normal to have questions and a little doubt. We’re here to support you – every step of the way – with resources to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible. We use single-use disposable kits for every donation to ensure your safety and comfort – because your well-being is our top priority. The whole visit usually takes about an hour. Here’s what you can expect.

When you arrive, our team will greet you and help you get registered in our comfortable, welcoming space designed with you in mind.

You’ll answer a health questionnaire and get a quick mini-physical to make sure you’re ready to donate.

Sit back and relax! The donation itself takes about 10 minutes for whole blood.

After donating, you’ll have snacks and drinks to help you recharge before you head out.
One visit. Three lives saved.
The most common donation is whole blood, which consists of your red cells, plasma, and platelets. Each blood donation can help up to three people in our community. It’s simple and safe, and you can donate every 56 days.
