EVERYTHING DONORS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT
THE CARTER BLOODCARE QUICKSCREEN.

QuickScreen is the online donor questionnaire that allows donors to review donor materials and answer donation questions on their own electronic devices.

Install the app on your phone or tablet at the App/Play store for iOS and Android.  It is also available on the website here.

WHERE CAN DONORS ACCESS IT?

It is available for iOS in the Apple App Store and Android devices on Google Play.

WHAT IF THE DONOR DIDN’T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

On the day they plan to give blood, donors may access and complete the QuickScreen questionnaire HERE or on their personal mobile device by using the free Carter BloodCare app (available for iOS and Android). Donors will also have access to QuickScreen at the donation location via tablets, as available.

WHAT IF THE DONOR DOES NOT GIVE THE SAME DAY THEY COMPLETE THE QUICKSCREEN?

Donors must fill out QuickScreen the same day they are planning to give blood. The answers will not be saved past 11:59pm the day that the donor completed QuickScreen.

WHAT IF DONORS DO NOT WANT TO ACCESS QUICKSCREEN ON THEIR PERSONAL MOBILE DEVICE?

If a donor is donating today they may access QuickScreen HERE.  A limited number of tablets will be available at donation locations for donors to complete QuickScreen. Availability of QuickScreen is subject to WiFi access at individual drive locations.

WHEN CAN DONORS ACCESS QUICKSCREEN?

The day they give blood. Donors with appointments will receive a link to QuickScreen at 12:01a.m the day of their appointment via the email address they have provided to Carter BloodCare.  They may complete it before arriving to their donation location.

WHERE CAN DONORS ACCESS QUICKSCREEN PRIOR TO ARRIVING AT APPOINTMENT?

On the day they plan to give blood donors may access it via desktop HERE or by using the free Carter BloodCare app (available for iOS and Android) on their personal mobile device.

Availability of QuickScreen is subject to Carrier or WiFi data access at individual drive locations.
