{"id":2243,"date":"2021-11-29T16:23:28","date_gmt":"2021-11-29T22:23:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.carterbloodcare.org\/?page_id=2243"},"modified":"2022-12-08T14:23:04","modified_gmt":"2022-12-08T14:23:04","slug":"eeo-es-ley-suplementaria","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.carterbloodcare.org\/es\/legal\/eeo-es-ley-suplementaria\/","title":{"rendered":"EEO es Ley Suplementaria"},"content":{"rendered":"                    <div id=\"wysiwyg-block_61a553c06d486\" class=\"wysiwyg\">\n            <div class=\"grid-container\">\n                <div class=\"grid-x grid-full-content\">\n                    <div class=\"cell large-12 medium-12 small-12\">\n                                                <h2>Cartel de Suplemento \u201cEEO is la Ley\u201d<\/h2>\n<h3> Revisiones de la Secci\u00f3n de Empleadores que Tienen Contratos Federales o Subcontratos<\/h3>\n<p><em>La secci\u00f3n de la Orden Ejecutiva 11246 se revisa de la siguiente manera:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>RAZA, COLOR, RELIGION, SEXO, ORIENTACION SEXUAL, IDENTIDAD DE GENERO, ORIGEN NACIONAL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Orden Ejecutiva 11246, enmendada, proh\u00edbe la discriminaci\u00f3n laboral por motivos de raza, color, religi\u00f3n, sexo, orientaci\u00f3n sexual, identidad de g\u00e9nero u origen nacional, y requiere acci\u00f3n afirmativa para garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades en todos los aspectos del empleo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONFIDENCIALIDAD DE PAGO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Orden Ejecutiva 11246, enmendada, protege a los solicitantes y empleados de la discriminaci\u00f3n basada en preguntar, divulgar o discutir su compensaci\u00f3n o la compensaci\u00f3n de otros solicitantes o empleados.<\/p>\n<p><em>La secci\u00f3n de Individuos con Discapacidades se revisa de la siguiente manera:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Secci\u00f3n 503 de la Ley de Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 1973, modificada, protege a las personas calificadas con discapacidades contra la discriminaci\u00f3n en la contrataci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, despido, pago, beneficios complementarios, capacitaci\u00f3n laboral, clasificaci\u00f3n, derivaci\u00f3n y otros aspectos del empleo. La discriminaci\u00f3n por discapacidad incluye no hacer adaptaciones razonables a las limitaciones f\u00edsicas o mentales conocidas de una persona con una discapacidad que de otro modo calificar\u00eda y que es un solicitante o empleado, salvo que suponga una dificultad excesiva para el empleador.
