What can I do with the Carter BloodCare App?

The app is designed to help a Carter BloodCare donor stay informed about their health while they help improve the health of their community. Find nearby Carter BloodCare donation centers and blood drives, schedule appointments, earn rewards, track health-wellness results, use the QuickScreen online questionnaire, and stay informed with Carter BloodCare promotions, news and events.

NOW AVAILABLE ON THE APP: donors can access their COVID-19 antibody test results.

How do I access my donor profile and get my antibody test results?

There are two ways to access your results. Antibody test results are accessible through our Carter BloodCare mobile app and web donor portal 1-2 weeks after your blood donation.

Steps for accessing your donor profile through our Mobile App.

  1. Download and launch the ‘Carter BloodCare Mobile App’ on either IOS or Android.
  2. Select “My Wellness” from the left side menu.
  3. For returning users: login using your Donor ID, Unit # or Care Card # and Date of Birth or enter your username and password.For new users: select register to create a new account. You can find your Unit # from your most recent post-donation card.*
  4. Select Login.

Steps for accessing your donor profile through our Web Portal.

  1. Follow this link to our Web Portal.
  2. Select and enter your Donor ID, Unit # or Care Card # and Date of Birth. You can find your Unit # from your most recent donation card.*
  3. Select test results from the top of the page.
  4. From the results page select the COVID-Antibody tab.

*For first-time donors, please select REGISTER when accessing Carter BloodCare web or mobile donor profile. (If prompted, enter the verification code sent to your trusted device or phone number and complete sign in.)

**If you don’t have any of the above IDs, you can REGISTER with First Name, Last Name, Email, Date of Birth. The information you provide here must match the information you provided while donating blood.
